To begin, make an MVP that has only the most important features of the Fintech app. You can quickly launch the app, get comments from users, and choose what extra features to add. Paying attention to the most important features first can help you build an app like Citi Mobile for less money at the start.
2. Open Source and Third-Party Solutions:
Using open-source technology and third-party solutions can help you build an app like CITI Mobile faster and for less money. To make the app work on both iOS and Android at the same time, you might want to use cross-platform frameworks like React Native and Flutter. It saves time and money on development compared to keeping different codes for each platform. To make sure that all users have a smooth experience, you should carefully look at how well each platform works and how that affects the experience of users.
4. Hiring Outside Help:
Hiring outside help for development in places with cheaper labor is a great way to cut costs without lowering quality. ond quickly to changing user comments and requirements.
It lowers the chance of having to do expensive rework and makes sure that development work is in line with shifting goals. Continuous integration and regular feedback processes can speed up development and make it more efficient.
6. Improve user interface (UI) design and user experience design:
A simple, easy-to-understand design that puts the user experience first should be your main goal. If you have good UI/UX, you won’t have to make as many changes and that will save you time and money. Early testing with users can help find problems and shape design choices.
